The thesis looks at the five main criteria that candidates look for in a job search: education, work experience, networking, university rating, and personal skills. It investigates the factors that students consider most significant from the viewpoint of the applicant. Significant amounts of data were collected, examined, and evaluated to bolster the study's findings. Social media platforms were used to survey 103 applicants, and the results were gathered from across the world. The participants, whose ages ranged from 15 to 29, had their information kept private and utilised just for this study. The findings give insight into what candidates believe to be most important when vying for jobs by rating these characteristics based on the weight, they assign to them.
