Developing the Listening Comprehension Skill of Hungarian Secondary School Learners of English to Prepare Them for the New Type 'Érettségi'

Abstract

This study will examine and analyze listening comprehension, because it became part of the new Érettségi in 2005. This research is going to show that students who learn English as a second language, have problems with listening tasks. The reason I have chosen this topic is that I would like to prepare my students in the best way for the new type of érettségi with the experiences from 2005.
