dc.description.abstractAcid peptic disorders are the result of specific but to some extent concomitantly occuring pathogenic mechanisms ending in either excessive acid secretion or diminished mucosal defense.The cause of PUD is multi-factorial including non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and H.Pylori infection as well as other risk factors such as smoking, alcohol and stress.The most commonly used drugs for peptic ulcer are Antacids, H2-receptor antagonists, Proton pump inhibitors, Sucralfate .hu_HU
