dc.description.abstractMotivation among employees in multinational corporations stems from the pivotal role motivation plays in multinational companies. Now a days motivation has a huge effect amongst employees especially when we relate it to employees working in multinational companies for example Pepsi, Coca Cola, Nescafe, and others. Motivation is a topic that relates to all of us. It is very essential for employers to seek and recognize what motivates an employee. Managers are the main characters for all companies especially when it comes to understanding the different employees in their business, they need to be able to adapt many characteristics and skills that will influence them and their employees, as many people get motivated in different ways. The thesis also gives an insight of how employees and students attitudes towards motivation and what motivation really means to them, as well as asking questions by interview to an employee which experienced working in a multinational corporation.
