dc.description.abstract | My aim in this thesis is to focus on two contemporary American filmic narratives, namely The Hunger Games and The Divergent Series. Through examining how society is constructed in them, and by identifying what factors led to the social construct depicted in both narratives I intend to argue that in an alternative future society the social framework is always based upon a specific pattern, always with a uniform structure, in order for the social order to be maintainable. | hu_HU |
