dc.description.abstractThe dairy sector, particularly milk producers had to face quite a few challenges due to the main events over the past years. The aim of my study is to present how the economic situation of the analysed dairy farm has changed and how the technological investment affected its main economic indicators for the last seven years. Moreover, the main indicators of the analysed farm were also compared to the national averages and figures of this sector in the EU. My data collection was primarily focused on the change in the cows’ number, financial, accounting, production and technological details. Conducting the research – based on animal breeding pages of the „Debreceni Üzemtani Iskola”- I came to the following conclusion: the specific yields and the number of cows increased in the analysed period after the targeted investments. I also discovered some increase in both in the human resource management and the recipe of feeding the animals. I am convinced the main cause of these changes can be found in the developing approach of the firm concerning.en
dc.description.abstractA tejágazat számos kihívással nézett szembe az elmúlt évek eseményei miatt, amelyek elsősorban a tejtermelőket érintette. A közlemény célja esettanulmányi jelleggel adott vállalkozás példáján keresztül bemutatni, hogy miként változott a tejelő szarvasmarhatartás gazdasági helyzete az elmúlt hét évben, valamint, hogyan hat a technológiai fejlesztés a tejtermelés főbb gazdasági mutatóira. A tanulmány ezen túl összeveti az adott vállalkozás legfőbb mutatóit a magyarországi és európai átlagokkal is. Primer adatgyűjtésem az állományváltozásra, pénzügyi, számviteli, termelési és technológiai adatokra terjedt ki. Vizsgálataim alapján – melyet a Debreceni Üzemtani Iskola állattenyésztési tervlapjai alapján modellkalkulációban dolgoztam fel – arra jutottam, hogy a célirányosan végzett beruházások által a fajlagos hozamok, a tehénállomány létszáma növekedett az elemzett időszakban. További javulás volt megfigyelhető a takarmány és a humánerőforrás felhasználásával kapcsolatban is, az vállalati gondolkodásmód változtatása által.hu
