dc.description.abstractThis article is made to give an understandable description of present day English education by describing its history and present day problems. James Murphy talked about the lack of attention to the localities in details. Even if sometimes essence of things hide beyond details now I think the bigger picture we get the more useful is it for us to see in which direction we should continue our development or in which direction we should not.
