The thesis explores the different roles that non-governmental organizations (NGOs) play in addressing educational disparities. The text thoroughly analyzes the utilization of three different sustainability approaches by NGOs, Market Transformation, Green Innovation, and Social Innovation, in order to address the educational gap. NGOs challenge traditional paradigms through Market Transformation, and they do this by aligning economic, environmental, and social aspects in order to reshape education for a more sustainable future. Green Innovation allows individuals or organizations to create environmentally friendly solutions which helps to decrease the amount of resources used and waste produced. On the other hand, Social Innovation promotes inclusivity and fairness in the education sector, and it aims to find new and creative solutions to long-standing problems. The research demonstrates how non-governmental organizations (NGOs), motivated by empathy and creative thinking, play a role in promoting a fairer, environmentally friendly, and socially innovative world through educational programs that bring about significant changes.
