Absztrakt
This thesis aims to examine and find out which micro and macro elements are present in different types of Hungarian honey samples. The two main purposes of this thesis are (1) to find out which micro and macro elements are present in 5 different Hungarian honey types, (2) the second purpose is to find out the concentration level of different elements in different Hungarian honey samples.
