The world is at a critical juncture, dealing with the challenges of economic growth, resource depletion and environmental degradation. Just like this protracted Russia-Ukraine war has revealed many problems in various countries. For example, the issue of Energy Dependence and Security and the issue of Economic Resilience. A linear economic model of "take, make, dispose" is no longer sustainable and compromises the wellbeing of future generations. In my opinion, addressing these issues requires a paradigm shift in our economic structures, leading to the emergence of the concept of the circular economy This study aims to understand how businesses can effectively transition to a circular economy, identifying key drivers, barriers and success factors. The research questionis: "How can businesses successfully implement circular economy principles in their operations?"
