Effect of pilates and yoga on the flexibility of the spine strength and posture in the university students

Young adults nowadays have the tendency of developing a bad posture due to the constant use of phones and studying for a long time. The aim of the study was to research the effectiveness of Yoga and pilates between two group and to see if the postural problems could be corrected. The result showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups but the methods where effective.
