dc.description.abstract	Fejlődő világunkban a humán erőforrások meghatározása nem könnyű feladat. Alapvetően arról van szó, hogy az emberi tényezők, az ezek alakításában részt vevő intézmények, illetve a társadalmi adottságok és feltételek együttesen jelentik azt a feltételrendszert, amivel egy területi egység rendelkezik. E tényezők külön-külön és együttesen is hatnak, formálva ezáltal az adott területi egységet, annak térszerkezetét. A tudásnak, mint a regionális fejlődés-fejlettség meghatározó tényezőjének felismerése és vizsgálata csak az 1990-es években kezdődött. Egyvalami azonban már az eddigi kutatások alapján is biztosan leszögezhető: valamely régió gazdasági és technológiai fejlettségének, a gazdasági szerkezet érettségének, végső soron az illető régióban élő emberek életszínvonalának döntő fontosságú eleme az emberi erőforrások, a munkaerő összességének (szak)képzettségi szintje, gondolkodásmódja, munkamentalitása, illetve az ezt megalapozó rendszerek, mindenekelőtt az oktatás és a szakképzés helyzete. In our developing world the definition of the human resources is not an easy task. Basically, the matter in question is that the human factors, the institutions that take part in their formation, respectively the social terms and circumstances together mean the system of conditions a territorial unit possesses. These factors take effect separately and jointly, thus shaping the given territorial unit, its spatial structure. The recognition and examination of knowledge as determining factor of regional development has only started in the 1990’s. Though on the basis of foregoing researches one thing can surely be stated: a crucially important element of the economic and technologic development of a certain region, of the maturity of its structure of economy, and, after all of the living standards of its population is the level of qualification, the way of thinking and the working mentality of the human resources, the collectivity of labour forces, respectively the state of systems establishing them, above all the education and professional training.	hu_HU
