This paper is a study of vocabulary learning strategies of second language learners in secondary school, who are studying English as a foreign language. The purpose of the paper was to examine the different vocabulary learning strategies that lead to a proficient way of vocabulary acquisition and to see what strategies and methods students use during their second language learning.
