Cultural differences in leadership

Abstract

My thesis explains the cultural differences in leadership. It also explained the leadership styles and how other people perceive culture and how it's being used at workplace. I also analyse the importance of culture and the difference between theory X and Y. The theory X and Y is what i use in knowing the best theory to use with the help of using questionnaire.With the results i got through the response of using the questionnaire i was able to explain the leadership theory and how employee can follow the management style.
