dc.description.abstract | My thesis explains the cultural differences in leadership. It also explained the leadership styles and how other people perceive culture and how it's being used at workplace. I also analyse the importance of culture and the difference between theory X and Y. The theory X and Y is what i use in knowing the best theory to use with the help of using questionnaire.With the results i got through the response of using the questionnaire i was able to explain the leadership theory and how employee can follow the management style. | hu_HU |
