Teaching English for Students with Special Educational Needs During the Pandemic
Absztrakt
The main topic of my thesis is the English language education of students with special educational needs during the pandemic. The purpose of the research was to find out how the English language education of students with special educational needs was realized during the pandemic. In addition, I wanted to know what difficulties these children, their parents, and their teachers had to face during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this research, I examined parental involvement in the education of these children, as well as the ICT tools used for their development. A semi-structured personal interview was used as a measuring tool, which consisted of 36 questions for parents and 29 questions for English teachers. At the end of my research, I came to the conclusion that more emphasis should be taken on the proper education of these children.
