Corporate Strategic planning for an Existing Business
Absztrakt
My thesis is about a business strategy for an existing company. Firstly, I present the effect of the strategic plan in a company. I chose the Nigerian Bottling company in my research In this regard, I used SWOT analysis of the company, PESTEL analysis of the Nigerian market for data analysis, hypothesis method was used to identify the need for a new strategy, and I recommended a new strategy in the sales promotion plan in order to increase their revenue.
