dc.description.abstractThis thesis aims to find answer to the question of self-esteem has an important role at school environment and beyond that in language learning because emotions influence the process of learning a language. Learners who have high self-esteem are able to handle problems in language learning successfully. There must be a kind of relationship between the students’ self-esteem and their performance at school. This performance optimally is shown by the grades what they get at school. The higher a student’s self-esteem is, the better his or her grades are at school.hu_HU
