Aortic valve replacement is the important treatment for aortic stenosis and aortic regurgitation. The intervention will dramatically improve the quality of life or survival of the patients. While thinking about minimally invasive methods, sutureless aortic valve replacement was developed. Now two valves are commercially used. Perceval valve is mostly used all over the world. This review will introduce the type of sutureless valves, the advantages and disadvantages of sutureless aortic valve replacement, minimally invasive aortic valve replacement, and future plans.
