Absztrakt
This thesis examines the factors affecting the growth of SMEs in Algeria through quantitative data analysis. The study identifies financial access as the most significant factor, followed by government policies and market conditions. Challenges faced by SME owners include limited finance, bureaucracy, corruption, and lack of skilled workers. The study recommends that the government provide more financial support, simplify bureaucratic processes, and tackle corruption to promote SME growth. Overall, the study provides valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders seeking to promote SME development in Algeria.
