Through extensive research and surveys involving 272 Mongolian respondents, I delve into consumer preferences, market trends, and logistical considerations surrounding pork consumption. The findings highlight the complexities of the Mongolian market, emphasizing the importance of understanding consumer behavior and complying with international trade standards. My recommendations offer practical strategies for enhancing trade relations, improving infrastructure, and ensuring food safety, paving the way for sustainable economic growth and mutual benefit between the two countries. Overall, my thesis offers valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities within the international meat trade landscape.
