dc.description.abstractOne of the main aims of this thesis is to reveal whether the textbook exercises with songs are good for improving the students’ English language knowledge. It is based on the analysis of three textbooks: New English File, New Headway and Solutions. The aforementioned textbooks were analyzed in intermediate and upper-intermediate levels. The other aim of this thesis is to show that it is possible to plan lessons where more skills can be in the focus. In order to demonstrate it, I planned five lessons with the help of Mamma Mia! songs.hu_HU
