Ctrip as a leader online travel company in China's market, it does a good job to have M&A strategy so it can absorb the advantages of the merged companies to make up for it's advantages. It also has the good brand value and stable financial statement so that Ctrip should keep maintain those edges. As for the future sustainability, after the internal and external analysis, Ctrip should focus on product innovation and break through the tradition, make full use of te benifits of the digital time. Another part is to improve brand image and develop the service for older people,to follow the social trend and hot spot. So Ctrip can stay ahead of the game.
