Impact of the strategic planning of firm's performance through the example of Banque Pour Le commerce Exterieur Lao Public (BCEL)
Absztrakt
The study of the nexus between strategic planning and performance for Banque Pour Le Commerce Exterieur Lao Public (BCEL) aims to analyze the internal and external environment of the bank, seek alternative strategies by applying strategic formulation matrices and suggest the proper strategy which will best fit the customers’ needs. The main method of the study is matrices application to analyze in various stages of the strategy formulation procedure. The matrices discussed include EFE, IFE, CPM, BCG, GS, SWOT, and QSPM.
