The purpose of the research was to find out how the English language education of students with special educational needs was realized during the pandemic. In addition, I wanted to know what difficulties these children, their parents, and their teachers had to face during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this research, I examined parental involvement in the education of these children, as well as the ICT tools used for their development. A semi-structured personal interview was used as a measuring tool, which consisted of 36 questions for parents and 29 questions for English teachers.
