This thesis is about Analysis of physio-chemical properties of Hungarian monofloral honey types. Determining pH, diastase activity, sugar & moisture content, proline content, electrical conductivity, total phenolic content. honey types are acacia honey, Sunflower honey, Forest honey, linden honey, rape honey collected from various counties of Hungary.
