In the present study, I intended to examine what factors, influence Hungarian learners’ willingness to communicate in English and whether it is connected to their language anxiety. The study included students who learn English as a foreign language in Hungary. The participants consisted of 20 students who attend a secondary grammar school in Fehérgyarmat and have been learning English for two years. Also, the following questions were formulated: - Why are foreign language learners’ unwilling to speak in front of the class? - Are there any relations between foreign language learners’ unwillingness to communicate in English and foreign language anxiety? - What are the sources of foreign language anxiety?hu_HU
