dc.description.abstractA tőke- és munkaerő-felhasználás tekintetében a legintenzívebb kertészeti kultúrák a hajtatott zöldségek, melyekben számos fejlesztési lehetőség és tartalék áll fent a jobb minőségű termék előállítása és a hatékonyabb gazdálkodás érdekében. Azok a kutatások, amelyek a különböző termelési módok tőke- és munkaerő-hatékonyságát mérik, elengedhetetlenek a hazai kertészet pozitív irányba történő elmozdulásához. Az egyes termesztőberendezésekhez kapcsolódó előnyök, illetve hátrányok számszerűsítése egyértelműen elősegíti a helyes beruházási döntéseket, amelyek révén az ágazat kihasználhatja a benne lévő fejlődési potenciált. Emellett az elvégzett elemzések eredményei megkönnyítik az ágazat szereplőinek legfontosabb döntésit. Megállapításra került, hogy Magyarország frisspiaci paradicsom esetén nem rendelkezik komparatív előnnyel az EU-27 egyes tagországaival összevetve. A jelenlegi gazdasági környezetben csak üvegházi termesztéstechnológia keretein belül tud gazdaságosan működni a frisspiaci paradicsomtermesztés, amelynél jelenleg különböző műszaki-technológiai változatok figyelhetők meg. Tőke-és munkaerő-hatékonyság szempontjából is a snack paradicsom termesztése bizonyult a legkedvezőbbnek, és a legkorszerűbbnek tekinthető változat, a diffúz üveggel borított üvegházi termesztés pedig a vizsgált mutatók tükrében a legkedvezőtlenebnek.
dc.description.abstractIn terms of capital and labour usage, the most intensive horticultural crops are greenhouse vegetables, where there are many opportunities and reserves for improvement in order to produce a better quality product and more efficient management. Research that measures the capital and labour efficiency of different production methods is essential to move domestic horticulture in a positive direction. Quantifying the advantages and disadvantages associated with each type of production equipment will clearly help to make the right investment decisions to enable the sector to exploit its potential for development. In addition, the results of the analyses carried out will facilitate the key decisions to be taken by operators in the sector. It has been stated that Hungary does not have a comparative advantage in the fresh tomato market compared to some EU-27 Member States. In the current economic environment, tomato cultivation for the fresh market can only be economically viable within the framework of greenhouse cultivation technology, for which different technical and technological variations are currently observed. Also in terms of capital and labour efficiency, snack tomato production was found to be the most favourable and the most modern option, while greenhouse production under diffuse glass was the least favourable in terms of the indicators studied.
