This study investigates the impact of workforce diversity, inclusion, equity and employee engagement on organizational performance in the tourist sector, specifically within five-star hotels in Jordan. The research utilizes both qualitative and quantitative methods to explore the relationship between diversity and workplace outcomes. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with employees and managers in the hospitality industry. The quantitative analysis identifies patterns linking diversity inclusion with organizational performance indicators. Qualitative findings provide deeper insights into how diverse teams contribute to improved organization performance. The results suggest that workforce diversity positively affects organization performance. Five stars Hotels in Jordan apply the strategy of diverse employees. The study shows that embracing diversity leads to enhanced organizational competitiveness in the tourism sector. It offers valuable guidance for hotel managers and policymakers seeking to optimize diversity management. Ultimately, this research highlights the strategic value of workforce diversity for boosting organizational performance in Jordan's tourist sector.
