Absztrakt
The purpose of this study is to find out what motivates FL learning in teenage learners. How does motivation drive Hungarian learners to be successful in language learning? The first sub-problem is to find out how intensively motivates learner’s social background their FL learning. I would like to see how parents, siblings, friends, schoolmates support or turn back the intensity of motivation towards FL learning. The second sub-problem is to characterise learner’s attitudes towards school and language learning itself focusing on different secondary school types. 2 The third sub-problem is to find out different learner attitudes towards the act of language learning. What exactly do they practise? How much time do they spend with practising?
