dc.description.abstractAz értekezés a gabonafélékkel tárolásával és beszerzésével kapcsolatos minőségbiztosítási gyakorlatot vizsgálja magyarországi keveréktakarmány-gyártók és gabonaraktározók folyamatain keresztül. A szekunder kutatás eredménye feltárta, hogy a piaci versenyben a vállalkozásoknak a magas piaci részesedéshez magas relatív minőséget kell nyújtaniuk, ám ennek ellenére a hazai gabonatermelés nem piacorientált, a termelők nem érdekeltek a minőségi termelésben. Primer kutatásomban az ellátási lánc szakaszaiban való érdekeltségük alapján a klaszterekbe sorolt vállalkozások beszállítói minőségbiztosítását vizsgáltam kérdőíves felmérést alkalmazva. A kutatás eredményeként megállapítást nyert, hogy a vállalkozások körében a takarmánygabonák minőségével kapcsolatos követelmények meghatározása, az átvételi ellenőrzések és a beszállítói minőségbiztosítási gyakorlatok jelentősen eltérőek. Az értekezés rámutat arra, hogy a minőség, versenyképességi tényezőként, a vevői igények hatására egyre nagyobb hangsúlyt kap a takarmánygabona ellátási láncok piaci lehetőségeit tekintve is, ezért a hazai gabonatermesztés szemléletének és érdekeltségeinek átalakítása indokolttá válhat.hu_HU
dc.description.abstractThe dissertation examines the quality assurance practices of hungarian compound feed manufacturers and grain traders related to the purchasing and storage of feed grains. The findings of the secondary research reveal that in market competition the enterprises need to provide relatively high quality to reach high market shares, however the hungarian grain production is not market oriented, the farmers are not concerned with the quality aspects of the production. In the primary research the supplier quality assurance processes of enterprises grouped according to their activities in the supply chain were examined by questionnaires. As a result it was found out that the setting of quality criteria, the inbound quality control and the supplier quality assurance practices significantly differ among the groups of companies. The dissertation points it out that quality, as a factor in competitiveness, gets higher importance in market opportunities of the feed grain supply chains due to customer requirements. Therefore, changes regarding the approach and the concerns of the hungarian grain production may become necessary.hu_HU
