dc.description.abstractA doktori értekezésem témája a felsőfokú duális képzés, a duális képzés jellemzőinek feltérképezése, bevezetésének eddigi eredményei Magyarországon. A felsőoktatás hagyományos, elméleti alapokon nyugvó képzései mellett egyre nagyobb hangsúly kerül a gyakorlatorientált képzésekre. Ezekben a programokban a hallgatók nemcsak elméleti ismereteket szereznek, hanem a gyakorlatban is kipróbálhatják tudásukat, így sokkal jobban felkészülhetnek a munkaerőpiac kihívásaira. A doktori értekezés létrehozása a szakirodalmat tekintve mind hazai mind pedig nemzetközi forrásokat igényelt. A szakirodalmon túl tanulmányozásra kerültek még azok a törvények és rendeletek, amelyek aktuálisan szabályozzák az adott témát. A szakirodalom feldolgozása során összegyűjtöttem a hazai duális rendszer jellemzőit, történetét, jogszabályi hátterét. A doktori értekezésemben bemutatott primer és szekunder kutatások során sikerült megvalósítanom a folyamat elején kitűzött céljaimat. Összegyűjtöttem a duális képzés jellemzőit, a bevezetés eddigi eredményeit, a magyar és a más külföldi modellek hasonlóságait és különbözőséget. A duális rendszer két fő szereplőjének, a hallgatóknak és a partnerszervezeteknek a tapasztalatainak összegyűjtését kérdőíves felmérés segítségével valósítottam meg, és a hipotézisek alátámasztottságának vizsgálata közben új kutatási területeket is meghatároztam a duális képzés területén. The topic of my doctoral thesis is the mapping of the characteristics of dual higher education, dual education and the results of its introduction in Hungary. Besides the traditional, theoretically based training in higher education, more and more emphasis is being placed on practice-oriented training. In these programmes, students not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also have the opportunity to put their skills into practice, thus becoming much better prepared for the challenges of the labour market. The elaboration of this thesis required the study of both national and international publication. In addition to the literature, the laws and regulations that currently regulate the subject in question were also studied. In the course of the literature review, I collected information on the characteristics, history and legislative background of the domestic dual system. Through the primary and secondary research I conducted during my doctoral thesis, I was able to achieve the goals I set at the beginning of the process. I have collected the characteristics of dual training, the results of its implementation so far, the similarities and differences between Hungarian and other foreign models. I collected the experiences of the two main actors of the dual system, students and partner organisations, by means of a questionnaire survey and, while examining the support for the hypotheses, I also identified new areas of research in the field of dual training.
