Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Aktuális kihívások a közúti járművek CO2-kibocsátására vonatkozó szabályozások területén(2020-04-14) Kocsis, Dénes; Bellér, Gábor; T. Kiss, Judit; Árpád , IstvánToday, as part of the fight against climate change, regulations on greenhouse gas emissions are gaining significantly higher attention. Our work focuses on the European Union legislation on carbon dioxide emissions from road vehicles, with special emphasis on the target values. Current changes in CO2 measurement methods, as important issues of the regulations, are also reviewed within this article.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Alkalmazott matematikai feladatok egy középiskolásoknak tartott foglalkozáson(2020-04-14) Kézi, CsabaIn the frame of the project EFOP-3.6.1-16-2016-00022 „Debrecen Venture Catapult Program" on may, 2019, I maked a test and it was completed by a secondary grammar school students in Mátészalka. In this lesson there were many exercises that showcase the different applications of mathematics.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Controlling módszerek ismerete és alkalmazásuk az Észak-alföldi régió kis- és középvállalkozásainak gyakorlatában(2020-04-14) Lakatos, Vilmos; Béresné Mártha, Bernadett; Tömöri, GergőLike large companies, the small, and medium-sized businesses need also all the information to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of their business by making sound management decisions. Compared to large companies, SMEs have significant development potential, which can be created in part by the companies themselves, possibly through the introduction of new-modern management - business administration methods or economic policy measures (= targeted and efficient support system), which, by stimulating R & D & I processes, serves to increase competitiveness and contribute more and proportionally to domestic GDP and exports. The analysis presented in the study covers the controlling knowledge of the leading SMEs of the Northern Great Plain Region, the conscious or unconscious application of controlling tools, the assessment of succession, customer and supplier valuation and certain areas of managerial accounting. Overall, it can be concluded from the small sample size that the use of controlling tools is proportional to the size of the business, but nevertheless, many mid-size business executives do not require the collection and analysis of insider information that could explicitly help decision making for example through advanced costing procedures.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető családok pénzügyi helyzetének változása Magyarországon 2000-2019(2020-04-14) Szentesi, Ibolya; Csizmásné Tóth, Judit; Gáspár, Andrea; Horváthné Kökény, AnnamáriaThe financial condition of families living on wages is function of many factors. It is determined, among other things, by the development of wages, social benefits, tax rates and the amount of allowances that can be granted. The part of the tax system that affects the largest segment of individuals changes every year, and even during the year, reducing predictability. In recent years, discussions over the taxes have shown that the rate of personal income tax cannot be evaluated separately from the social security contribution rate. Gross average earnings - on the grounds of raising the minimum wage and the guaranteed minimum wage - have more than four-times in nearly 20 years. However the rate of growth is higher in the average net earnings due to changes in the tax system. Compulsory determined wages increased to almost six-times over the years under investigated. But in 20 years, how much has the income situation of an average family living on a salary become more favourable or more unfavourable? In our study we are looking for an answer to how the increase in the minimum wage and the changes in the law how to have affected the livelihood.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető debreceni szennyvíztisztító telep biogáz termelő fermentációs folyamatainak nyomon követése kémiai módszerekkel(2017-03-20) Truzsi, Alexandra; Bodnár, Ildikó; Fülöp, ZoltánThe anaerobic digestion is a widely used economical method for sewage sludge stabilization and also purification of waste water with a high organic content. All effective anaerobic digesters transform the organic matter into biogas containing methane, which usable component covers a significant share of the heat and electricity consumption of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The increasing amount of biogas is a priority task of WWTPs, which we can achieve a deeper knowledge of anaerobic digestion processes. The main task of this study is the optimization of anaerobic sludge treatment of Debrecen WWTP. Digester towers processes and their impact on the biogas yield were also priority studied.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Digitalizáció hatása a hazai kereskedelmi stratégiákra(2020-04-14) Kontor, Enikő; Kiss, Marietta; Fehér, AndrásThe aim of our study is to reveal the fit of digital space into current and future trade and to assess the effects of digitization on Hungarian trade strategies. The information gathering and purchasing habits of consumers have changed dramatically in recent years. Consumers today make buying decisions based primarily on convenience, effectiveness (fast and convenient access to products at adequate price/value ratio), and experience. Adjusting to these trends, traders developed novel trading strategies, and the use of achievements of digitization is an integral part of these strategies. One aspect of digitization is the increasing global development of e-commerce. The Hungarian online commerce have also been expanding significantly from year after year: based on 2018 data, domestic and foreign online sales volume have passed 1000 billion HUF. The Hungarian online consumers buy on the Internet more and more often and at greater and greater value. The online shopping on virtual reality platforms may make this purchase mode more experiential. Webshops have to meet new consumer needs, and deliver the ordered products as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours. An increasing number of parcel delivery options has begun becoming more and more popular (e.g., automatic parcel terminals, pick pack points). However, traditional channels should not be buried, either. Their obvious advantage is that consumers can take their choice based on multiple senses and it also gives them more room for impulse buying. Combined with the digital technology compliant with contemporary requirements, this can offer a complete shopping experience. Nowadays, recognizing this need online and traditional channels have been mixed in several cases (e.g., multichannel, omnichannel, cross-channel sales) and offer several options for consumers during the purchase process. The sales area optimization of traditional shops and the buyer paths aided by digital technology (e.g., digital shelf labels) are designed for the buyers’ convenience. The newest innovations imply automation of the buying process making the whole process more convenient and more personalized with the use of sensors (e.g., Amazon Go) or robots (e.g., Pepper). In our future purchases, digital personal assistants will appear as digital versions of sales personnel.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető diszkrét választási kísérlet elméleti áttekintése(2020-04-14) Czine, PéterThe purpose of this study is to present a preference evaluation method, the discrete choice experiment. The reader can gain information on the background, application areas (with particular emphasis on health economics), the process and about three models (multinomial logit, random parameter logit, nested logit). Based on the results of literature analysis it can be said that the method is very promising, but in many areas it still needs improvement.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető e-book-termékek használatának kutatási irányai és a termékfejlesztésben alkalmazható eredményei(2020-04-14) Légrádi , MiklósThis article aims to review the recent academic researches on print and e-book usage experience and preferences. Their findings will be compared to the results of a primary research previously conducted by the author. Using these data the article presents the Five Product Level of e-books and e-readers. Reviewing the Hungarian and International e-book / print sales figures and publishing trends, the article shows ways for further research for a better e-book product understanding and highlights a few promising ways for future product development in e-books and e-readers.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető egészségfejlesztés emberi tőkére gyakorolt munkaerő-piaci hatásai(2020-04-14) Gottfried, PéterToday, workplace health promotion is increasingly present, both domestically and internationally. In my research, I used literature analysis to show how workplace health promotion programs, including physical activity, how affect employee earning capacity and productivity. Human capital is a significant factor in productivity. Human capital can be defined, that the human inner, inseparable features and characteristics of a person to which is invested and, as a result, increases the productivity of the individual. Investments can include health spending (health promotion programs), costs of extra-curricular lessons and time to find the ideal job. I’ve been used secondary data collection during my research. In my research I have reviewed the source of literature on health promotion and physical activity primarily. After reviewing the literature, consequence of the research that investing in health, including investing in physical activity, it also contributes to improving health, as well as increasing life earnings and productivity at work.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető egészségtudatos vállalati magatartás fejlesztésének diagnosztikai modellje(2016-06-20) Karoliny, MártonnéIn the 21st century more and more countries of the world take the attitude that human health is not just an issue for healthcare services but for all major areas of life. Such an area for employees is the workplace. Protection of employee health and safety has for a long time been a non-transferable (objective) obligation and responsibility for employers in Europe. Connections between health and the workplace have however extended far beyond the traditional aspect of safety and health at work. Developing a health-conscious organisational behaviour means a challenge for many Hungarian companies; the model described in this study assists them in both diagnosing their current situation and choosing the appropriate course, method and tools for development.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Előrejelzési módszerek elemzése és összehasonlítása egy kisvállalat számára(2020-04-14) Törő, Lilla; Pusztai, LászlóThe application of forecasting models is an essential part of the profitable operations of every company. However, today’s small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) does not pay enough attention to this field. This research presents a case study in which we tried to determine the sequence of a forecasting process, furthermore, determine the best applicable method to the dataset. Seven dissimilar forecasting method was applied: moving average and weighted moving averages with different periods (2-3-4 weeks), as well as exponential smoothing. The four-week-long weighted moving average served the best solution, which was tested by tracking signal as well.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető emberi ürülék kapcsolata az éghajlat változással(2017-06-19) Zseni, Anikó; Nagy, JuditOur study would like to draw attention to an insufficiently investigated question: how human excreta and its different treatment methods are related to climate change. Human excreta is part of the biological cycle. Its CO2 content gets released to the atmosphere to some degree according to the treatment methods used. 40 55% of faeces’ and 11-17% of urine’s dry matter content is carbon (in the form of organic compounds). According to this, approximately 21-57 g/person carbon bound in organic compounds is produced daily, which means an emission of 58-183 million tons of carbon in the world annually in the form of human excreta. The environmental load of the widely spread flush toilet based water infrastructure is significant. However, neither the degree of CO2 emission caused by collection and treatment of waste water, nor wasting of organic and nutrient content of excreta are properly studied. Our study highlights the emission of CO2 caused by the energy demand of sewage water collection and treatment, by the oxidation of organic compounds of human excreta and by burning of methane produced as a result of anaerobic treatment of waste water sludge. Finally the possibility of utilization of human excreta by direct composting is presented, which technology has not significantly spread in the world yet.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Etikus vezetés, egy kutatás kezdetén(2020-04-14) Barizsné Hadházi, EditIn this study I deal with the ethical leadership. I give an insight into the approaches of ethical leadership, give a literature review on the concept of ethical leadership, and introduce the measurement methods used in the most important empirical researches related to this topic. I also try to report on the first results of my research (I plan to describe features of Hungarian leaders based on a smaller sample). How does this relate to the challenges of Industry 4.0? I give the answer from the fact that, with the advent of these new technologies (which in themselves have ethical questions), among these new challenges, the focus of the manager's attention will continue to be partly on their employees. If they set an ethical example for their subordinates, they encourage their employees to act ethically, which gives the company a competitive edge in many ways, both in the product/service market and in the labor market too. So, with my study, I would like to draw the attention of executives and managers to the fact that new technologies and the human factor together bring new successes, and that one possible way of doing this is by consciously managing their company ethically and developing an ethical organizational culture.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Exploratory Study on the Level of Trust Among Hungarian Food Manufacturer Companies(2020-04-14) Erdei, EdinaThe intensification of globalized economic competition is playing an increasingly important role in the lives of companies to determine their true position among their competitors. Food companies are of paramount importance because of their role and weight in the national economy. In Hungary, the food industry plays an important social and economic role and is a world leader in terms of employment and value added. Currently, there are nearly 1100 active food companies in Hungary, so it is worth examining the peculiarities of the role of trust between companies. There are often contradictory statements in the literature about the effects of Industry 4.0 technologies and the trust placed in IT tools. Therefore, it is a relevant research question to examine whether the characteristics of the role of trust - e.g. staff, suppliers, IT tools and technologies, etc. as confidence levels can have a direct positive impact on the efficiency, profits, liquidity, etc. of the companies in question. development. During the research, I analyzed the level of trust between the food trading companies, in which I discuss the trust within the industry within the company. My aim is to further enrich my previous research knowledge in this field.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető fejlődés a vállalati folyamatokban rejlik(2020-04-14) Fenyves, LászlóNowadays, our rapidly evolving world is characterized by constant change. Organizations need to be prepared and responsive to these systematic changes to compete in the marketplace. Today nothing is constant or predictable because the organization is driven by the "3 C" force (customers, competition, change). Rapid adaptation to ever-changing circumstances requires companies to move from structured organizations based on traditional functions to process-based management. By using state-of-the-art process management procedures, organizations can be made transparent, analysable, measurable, and continually improving, and help companies increase their performance and organizational flexibility, and reduce costs. It also helps to recognize when it is necessary to change a process for an effect. In the event of creating well-organized processes, companies are more responsive to changes in the market, allowing them to operate more efficiently, and to carry out development activities easier. Nowadays, development as a new framework focuses primarily on digitalisation, which is challenging for companies to adapt but without this, they would be left behind in the competition. These challenges require radical changes and transformations in the lives of many organizations, which are difficult to achieve. With the development of process-based enterprise management, not just multinational companies can improve their operation, but small and medium-sized enterprises can also move towards digitalization thus inducing development for not only their own but for the economy as a whole.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető felsőoktatás nemzetköziesedésének történelmi vetületei, mint az innováció és a tudásáramlás történelmi példái(2020-04-14) Kőmíves, Péter MiklósThe internationalisation of the higher education is one of the most actual topics of the education management nowadays. It can bring a solution for the problems of the Hungarian higher educational institutions caused by the demographically expected decrease of the number of students. The internationalisation of the higher education is not a new-fangled phenomenon however it became much popular in the last decades and it has been spread globally. The aim of this article to show the historical aspects of the internationalisation in higher education based on literature review and research.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Felsőoktatási továbbtanulási preferenciák összehasonlítása a munkaerőpiac igényeivel(2020-04-14) Gebei , Tímea; Vincze, SzilviaHungarian institutions of higher education play an important role in national economy: they ensure intellectual labour with appropriate knowledge and professional competencies for Hungary in all profession fields. If the rules of private sector are applied for these institutions – interpreting it within a certain framework as the quality of education and research has to be maintained and there are social benefits associated with them -, they owned by the state, their management is the institutional leadership and their consumer is the labour market. Thus, training programmes must or should be developed in accordance with the needs of labour market. It represents a major challenge, even without taking into consideration other factors, since future requirements should be aimed (at least a 3-5 year training period later) – along with a rapid technological development. Even if the state makes significant efforts to adapt training programmes to meet the requirements of the labour market demands, students who want to further their education pay limited attention to these factors in their educational decision-making. Partly for this reason, career transition or shortages may occur in the case of certain professions. This paper seeks to address to what extent the most popular training programmes meet the expectations and to what extent the degree earned may be regarded as a ‘success’ in the labour market; moreover, if they do not overlap each other, how much applicants prefer those training programmes which are to be considered the most successful based on recruitment information. Admission statistics of Education Department and database of DPR provide the necessary information for the period 2010-2017 and these data sources enable authors to follow-up students from application to higher education until employment.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Fenntarthatósági célok - avagy tudjuk-e csökkenteni az alultápláltság mértékét?(2020-04-14) Fróna, DánielNowadays, some parts of the world hunger still exists. One of the milestones of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) is eradicating hunger. These goals include a road map for progress and documenting specific steps to combat hunger. Another type of hunger that has been very common in these days is hidden hunger. Eradicating extreme poverty and hunger is still an illusion. The number of people living in extreme poverty and malnutrition has fallen slightly in recent years. Measuring hunger is a very complex issue. The Global Hunger Index is a tool to comprehensively measure and monitor hunger at global, regional and national levels. Despite noticeable improvements, the question remains: will the world achieve its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including the eradication of hunger, by 2030? Despite these efforts, even in economically developed countries, hunger or food insecurity still exist.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Floorball helyzetének és passzív sportfogyasztásának vizsgálata egy kutatás tükrében(2020-04-14) Pfau, Christa Sára; Szabados, György; Dorogi, KResearch and studies done on floorbal is usually associated with medical studies, however the research and analisys of other fields peakd little interest. Thus, the aim of the study was to present the situation of floorball in Hungary and to examine the opinion of passive sports consumers about the sport. Within this we deal with the competition system of our country and the organizational structure of the federation. In our primary research, from a viewer perspective, we were interviewed as passive consumers in a questionnaire survey about their relationship to floorball. In the questionnaire we discussed whether they had ever met this sport and whether they had seen it or what attracted them to the match. We also tested their willingness to pay. The results were compared with the opinion of one of the domestic leaders of the sport, which in many cases agreed with the results. The questionnaire was completed by 153 people, more than 95% of whom had heard of the sport and most had the opportunity to become familiar with floorball at primary school. 65% of those surveyed have already seen a live floorball match that they have mostly played with friends / acquaintances. This young sport can become more and more popular among young people, not only as a complementary sport.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető fogyatékos és a megváltozott munkaképességű személyek munkavégző képességének megítélése(2020-04-14) Balázs-Földi, EmeseEmployment of persons with disabilities and reduced work capacity falls significantly behind that of non-disabled persons both in our country and the European Union. According to research findings, the low employment rate is partly due to discriminatory attitudes towards the group of employees concerned. In the labour market integration, apart from the attitudes of the employers, the approach of the employees working for the institute has also got a significant role, as they are the ones who as colleagues work together with persons with disabilities and reduced work capacity day by day. The research findings presented in this study focus on the research question whether the 747 employees who participated in the questionnaire survey make a distinction between persons with disabilities and persons with reduced work capacity on the grounds of their ability to work. If so, what kind of differences are noticeable and what factors have a positive impact on their approach? What is characteristic of the employees with higher level of inclusive attitudes?
