Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető 2008-as pénzügyi válság és a koronavírus által okozott gazdasági visszaesés összehasonlítása az Amerikai Egyesült Államokban(2024-04-23) Ács, BoglárkaThe world does not work as simple as we think, all you have to do is pull out a card and the house of cards collapses. Be it a card or a global financial crisis, or even a virus unknown to us so far. My research aim is to show how our world responds to different types of “disasters” and how they affect the economic performance of individual countries. In my paper, I have tried to examine the roots of the greatest crisis of the 21st century so far and shed light on the effects they have had worldwide. The second half of the study focuses on the present-day coronavirus pandemic that has a massive impact on our daily life. The number of those who are infected continues to rise, while economic performance declines. The virus can be just as contagious economically as it is medically. Distancing, isolation and travel restrictions lead to labor shortages and job losses in all sectors of the economy. By illustrating the data of a selected country, we can get a clear picture of which global crisis can be considered more severe in the economy.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető 2012-es év tevékenységének gazdasági elemzése adott gazdaság esetében(2012-12-30) Kabai, ZsófiaHungary has remarkable natural endowments which are favourable for agricultural production. Thanks to favourable terrain, climate and high-yield soils in the country, Hungarian agriculture has been developing over the years. It also has significant traditions, so for the most of the population it means the main or the complementary source of income. However, the conscious planning is not popular for small enterprises. The present study aims to present the cost and income relations of each branch in the examined farm on farm level in 2012. The results inform the farmer about his activity and help plan the coming years. Examination on the family carrying capacity of the farm is also included in my study. My hypothesis is confirmed by the examinations which highlight that not all the sectors are profitable but as a whole the farm is profitable. Due to its multi-leg stance the farm could carry the family with 5 members and the surplus helps to realize future developments.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető 21. századi globális gazdaság változásai a COVID-19 világjárvány következtében(2024-04-22) Mező, DóraFor the 21st century – with its complex economic structure – a worldwide pandemic was both foreseeable and sudden. As the global economy was unprepared for the Covid-19 epidemic, it suffered a severe economic downturn. Even though the epidemic is far from over, the first half of 2020 has its lessons for the future. The recession shined a spotlight on the strengths and weaknesses of the global economy, including the unsustainability of extended supply chains, the dangers lying in worldwide tourism and the enormous demand for fast digitalization. My paper mainly focuses on global manufacturing and services, examining their problems and opportunities. The study highlights tourism as both the origin and the most extraordinary victim of the current recession.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Adott tejelő tehenészet komplex gazdasági elemzése(2024-03-14) Szántó, LászlóThe dairy sector, particularly milk producers had to face quite a few challenges due to the main events over the past years. The aim of my study is to present how the economic situation of the analysed dairy farm has changed and how the technological investment affected its main economic indicators for the last seven years. Moreover, the main indicators of the analysed farm were also compared to the national averages and figures of this sector in the EU. My data collection was primarily focused on the change in the cows’ number, financial, accounting, production and technological details. Conducting the research – based on animal breeding pages of the „Debreceni Üzemtani Iskola”- I came to the following conclusion: the specific yields and the number of cows increased in the analysed period after the targeted investments. I also discovered some increase in both in the human resource management and the recipe of feeding the animals. I am convinced the main cause of these changes can be found in the developing approach of the firm concerning.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Agrárgazdaság Kft. vagyoni, pénzügyi, jövedelmezőségi helyzetének értékelése(2024-02-19) Könnyű, Eta RózaIn my thesis I am dealing with the topic of Analysis of the property, incoming, finanacial position of the Agrárgazdaság Ltd. according to the annual report’s files. The recession had a considerable effect on the agriculture because of this in our Suns for necessary suitable economic informations to be at one's disposal to the making of the suitable decisions. The indicators show the positive and negative areas, they highlighted on which area the standard of the farming is suitable and where there are deficiencies. The fact that the financial situation is suitable brought me to that inference it is necessary to pay attention to the liquidity however.Tétel Csak a leíró adatok érhetők el Ami a pénznél is többet ér – az IT cégek sepciális finanszírozásának hazai esetei(2012-12-30) Jenei, Anett; Ványi, BernadettIn the last decade the information technology has changed and thanks to the spread of the services - which are based on the internet - new consumer claims appeared. To satisfy these claims companies were established which provide new services. With the spread of the companies which are based on the information technology the venture capital financing was more popular then before. This financing is the opposite of the traditional inside financing method, because it provides not just owner capital, it provides more, such as active cooperation by the investor and the investors’ managerial knowledge and their relationship with other investors and people. Our essay’s aim is to find the answer to the question: why is the venture capital financing more valuable than the traditional inside financing. Our hypothesis says that the added value is the key of the success of the venture capital financing of the companies which are based on the information technology. The key success factors are the industry specialized knowledge, the experience of the investors and the investors’ relationships. In our essay we provide a comprehensive aspect of three companies which are financed with venture capital and are based on information technology. The companies are in different lifecycle phases. We were led to the conclusion - which is based on the case-study – that in every company’s life the most important factors are the personality of the investors, their managerial knowledge, their experiences and their relationships.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető átfutási idő csökkentésének lehetőségei az üzleti kapcsolatok minőségfejlestésén keresztül(2024-03-14) Ványi, NoémiThis study focuses on the lead time between players in the supply chain and, in this context, the quality of the relationship between collaborators. The survey was carried out among farmers in the area of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County, where 132 sour cherry producers commented on their business relationship and the development of the lead time among the players in the chain. Following a questionnaire survey, 22 questionnaire responses in the form of a semi-structured deep interview helped to reveal and understand the results of the survey as well as the causes and relationships. On the basis of the results of the investigation, it was found that the intermediary trader could be identified as the most important customer of the producers. The second decisive relationship is the collaboration with the Cooperatives, followed by the wholesale unit. Generally, producers have set a time period of 12 to 48 hours from the time of ordering the picking until the sales to the customer. However, following this they no longer knew how much time the product spent at other players of the chain, and most producers were unable to identify other players in the chain. This means that most of the farmers do not receive additional information about the fruit after the sale, not even about the players who participate in sourcing product to the consumer. According to the producers, in order to ensure that the harvested fruit reaches the customer as quickly as possible, so that neither its freshness nor its nutritional value changes, the development of picking technology at the producer level as well as direct sales at the supply chain level and accelerated logistics processes and increased information exchange are the solution. In the light of the results, it can also be stated that the relationship between producer and buyer is characterized by distrust, in which the vulnerable position of the producers can clearly be established. In addition, the lack of information sharing among chain operators can be identified as the biggest barrier to successful business relationships. A well-functioning relationship between a producer and a buyer is not realized even though there is an increased exchange of information in mutual cooperation based on mutual trust and commitment, which contributes to a reduction in lead time through accelerated sales, which is the common goal of all players in the chain.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető baromfifeldolgozó szektor top 1+3 vállalatának elemzése(2024-03-14) Kapin, EmőkeIn a globalizing world, corporate growth is not straightforward; sustaining growth requires strengthening market position, profitability, acquiring new markets, maintaining solvency, return on investment, and increasing shareholder value. Investments, the optimal capital structure and proper management of resources all contribute to the sustainable, long-term growth of companies and the improvement of their performance. In practice, various forms of subsidies are playing an increasingly important role among corporate sources, in addition to short-term and long-term bank loans, which have an impact on the performance of companies in the competitive sector. The growth strategy of successful companies reflects the idea of internationalization when entering the foreign market, which they can achieve by increasing the volume of output, which requires investments in value-generating and capacity-building that allow exploiting economies of scale from production (FENYVES et al., 2016).Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Béke Agrárszövetkezet a gazdasági változások tükrében(2024-01-26) Rákos, MónikaThe Béke Agricultural Co-operative has also passed through the heavy road which led from poverty, uncertainty and mistakes to secure economic basis, carefully planned and organized farming. At the same time the development of the Béke Agricultural Co-operative is a particularly individual way. Increase in the agricultural area and in the number of employees both in the animal husbandry and crop production resulted achievements known all over the country in the 1980s. Even so the Co-operative face several problems nowadays. The management is looking for expansion points and try to assure EU funds to these possibilities.Tétel Csak a leíró adatok érhetők el biogáz hasznosítás perspektívái a kenderesi biogáz-üzemben(2024-02-19) Juhász, Ilona LillaBiogas is an energy source for the future. Energy plays a significant role in international politics and in the competitiveness of international systems of economy. With the price hiking of oil and of natural gas, the development and spreading of such technologies becomes more and more important which reduce the dependance of conventional energy sources and result a possible solution for waste management problems. Biogas is suitable for these criterias. Hungary has to import 70% of the whole energy demand so it would be very important to substitute fossil fuels, because we does not abundant in them unlike favourable conditions for agriculture which is suitable for the production of energy crops. Among renewables, biogas has a great potential for rural areas and the national economy, because environmental protection and energy production can be co-utilized effectively and economically. The use of end-products is many-sided, for biogas can be used for electricity-production, cooling, heating, car fuel and upgraded gas in the natural gas network.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Biomassza alapú hőenergia-önellátás a növénytermesztő családi gazdaságban(2024-03-14) Szőke, IrénRecently sustainability and energy aspects are becoming more and more important, therefore self-sufficiency in energy is a timely question as well. With regard to the fact that heat energy demand accounts for 20 percent of the energy cost in agricultural production, economical and compatitive local production of energy may be a crucial point. Therefore, my general aim is to analyse the competitiveness of phytomass as an energy resource compared to conventional energy resources. I carried out a two-way comparison analysis to reveal how the size of farm affects the usefulness of self-sufficiency in heat energy. The literature review is followed by the analysis of technical conditions of biomass combustion. I calculated the cost of production for straw utilized for heating and compared to the cost of production with conventional energy resource. In order to accomplish a complex analysis of heat energy demand, I carried out a comparisone analysis of biomass and natural gas use for social (heat demand in detached house) and technological heat demand (greenhouse) as well. The results show that materials (cereal and rape straw) can be produced from by-products without any area requirements under an average crop rotation if self-sufficiency is the goal only in the detached house. However, the use of special energy plantations under crop rotation may be needed for higher heat demand (greenhouse, dryer). The overall conclusion is that self-sufficiency in heat energy on farms dealing with crop production may be proposed economically and used well under crop rotation taking extra investment costs and convenience factors into account.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető borturizmus fejlődése egy családi pince-borozó gazdaságossági vizsgálatán keresztül(2024-01-26) Zborai, MártaVine-growing culture and wine production has had traditions in the district of Tokaj since generations. Regarding the historical past and the present conditions of the town and Hegyalja, the local government and the entrepreneurs have faith in tourism relating to the future of the community. One of the most important bases for the subsistence and livelihood of the residents and enterprises is the development of tourism, in which the tourism services connecting to viticulture form the starting point. The wine is a confidential product, in this way it is relevant for wine producers and consumers to meet each other during visiting wine cellars, where family enterprises play a significant role. I investigated the situation of Tokaj from the aspect of tourism as well as the effects of wine tourism to the social, economic and cultural life of the town. I represented the significance of wine tourism by introducing the foundation of a wine cellar. I made deep interviews with the owners in order to get acquainted with the circumstances of starting the business and its operation. The business operates as a family enterprise among the so-called Szerelm cellars of Tokaj. I analyzed the costs of the operation and investment, and examined the future plans of the entrepreneurs and modeled the recovering conditions of an investment of the entrepreneur by using dynamic investment analyzing methods. On the basis of the consequences deduced from the results, I reflected the significance, situation and opportunities of family wine cellars.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető BRICS országok jelenléte Afrikában(2024-03-14) Lantos, LiliNowadays the BRICS countries act as a bigger and bigger part of the world economy, thanks to their investments primarily, and at the same time the African continent provides several possibilities to the investors (raw materials, huge market). The economical dimensions, which I examine, include the changes of the historical relations between countries, foreign direct investments (FDI) and those specific investments which were implemented by state-owned or private companies. In most cases, I use the database of UNCTAD and OECD, moreover I examine those incentives which mastermind the African entering/penetration policy of the mentioned countries. I also cover those strategies which these countries applied in the area. In the course of my research, the following conclusions can be drawn: all of the BRICS countries have (among others) two basic goals in the region – obtain as much raw materials as possible and secure market for their products – furthermore, it is established that the big part of the investments in Africa has been done by the multinational companies of the BRICS countries, usually involving the local enterprises in the form of joint ventures. As a final conclusion it is clear that if the countries of the black continent followed the model of South-Africa, they could utilise the capital, which arrives to the region from the BRICS countries, more successfully.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Civilek és a döntés(2024-02-19) Pierog, AnitaThe objective of my research he was, that, let me examine the decision situations of the civil sphere, and the factors influencing the decision. Several of the draughtings of the decision exist in the literature. Stems from this, that everybody may interpret it some other way, for his own values and his notion adequately. I drew it up in such a way based on these that the decision is a process, which is different on his row between opportunities, we make a choice, and what has a some kind of consequence, and it is necessary to bear his consequences looking at ourselves. The civil sphere works some other way in many looks, than the business world. This stems from the fact that his members, his leaders make this activity beside the capital occupation of these organisations in most cases. I established what kind of factors influence the decision of the organisations' leaders based on my examinations, what kind of expectations they want to be equal to, how the decisions are made, what kind of feedbacks the decisions receive his effects.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető COVID-19 MUNKAERŐPIACRA GYAKOROLT HATÁSAINAK ÉS A HOME OFFICE INTEGRÁLÓDÁSÁNAK KVALITATÍV VIZSGÁLATA(2021-12-01) Piros, Edina; Fehér, AndrásCovid-19 has been overshadowing people's lives for more than a year. Our research aim to reflect on what kind of difficulties graduates have to face to after leaving university, Furthermore, the study also study how the Home Office is integrated into the employees’ life, what advantages and disadvantages are most perceived by experienced employees. During the primary research, as a qualitative methodology we used netnographic study, focus group interviews, and expert interviews. The focus group interview was attended by students studying at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Debrecen, Undergraduate, master's and PhD students. The expert interviews were attended by employees working in different HR areas of the IT sector (HR Services, BPO, Recruitment). Overall, those students who do not really have work experience yet, and those eployees who already have experienced in the Home Office, find the Hybrid work model as a best solution, combination of both working inside an office and at home.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető „Csak a változás állandó“ – változásmenedzsment a Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg megyei kisvállalkozások körében(2024-03-14) Filep, RolandOver the last decade, many global and local changes have also taken place in Hungary. The global economic crisis has had a major impact on the private sector, and in recent years the "seven tight years" have come to an end, which has led to significant changes. The operating situation of the SME sector affects the performance of the Hungarian economy, therefore the issue of change management is always an important and current topic. In my work, I have examined what attitudes the small business leaders have with the necessary changes in the current turbulent environment. In my primary research, I used self-completed questionnaire and I also used interviews so I could explain the background with them. By cross-board analyzes I examined whether the leader's McGregor's humanity influences the success of the change, and whether the involvement of the subordinates actually reduces the resistance to change. Both studies showed significant correlation.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Családi házak fűtésének gazdaságossága(2024-02-19) Durkó, EmíliaIn my study more possible heating alternatives of an gas-fired detached house and its cost were calculated. My primary goal was to determine what conditionals make it worth to shift from the most common fossil fuels to heating based on straw, biopellet or biobriquette. Based on the results of my investigations I came to the conclusion that the biomass would be competitive fuel for households. It is especially recommended for solvent consumer who requires convenient power supply or having fireplace. There is a wild range at the market according to individual needs and opportunities. You must make a decision how much you are willing to spend the convenience.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető A csemegekukorica termékpálya gazdasági elemzése(2024-03-14) Kovács, EvelinThe main objective of this study was the analysis of the costs and profits between the market participants with the use of cost-benefit analysis for the actors of the product line (producers, processors). The main hypothesis associated with the main objective was, that the vast majority of the profit generated in the product line was realised by the processors. During the cultivation - without direct subsidies - the costs per 1 kg raw material were about 30 HUF, while the profit was 8 HUF, resulting in 27% cost-related profitability. Considering the processing, the costs per 1 kg raw material were 160 HUF and the profit 13 HUF at 8% profitability level. As it could be seen in the analysis of the profit distribution, the processor had circa 5 HUF profit surplus per 1 kg raw material compared to the producer, however, the processing costs were 5.5 times higher than the production costs, resulting in about 70% lower cost-ratio profitability. In other words, processing was able to reach higher profits but lower profitability. A total of 190.4 HUF costs were generated in the product line of the canned sweet corn, 16% of which emerged in the production and 84% in the processing, furthermore 21.0 HUF profit, 2/3 of which was realised by the processor and 1/3 by the producer. However, calculating with the agricultural direct subsidies, the profit distribution became about equal, which can be defined as proportionate when considering the risks and working capital demand of the production.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető DEA elemzési módszer gyakorlati alkalmazásának bemutatása egy konkrét mezőgazda-sági vállalkozás példáján keresztül(2024-03-14) Iberhalt, MátéMaking a decisions in business life involves high responsibility, so we need special, scientific decision making models, which help us to make an optimal resolution. The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a specific decision making model, which is capable to explore new information for decision making in different firms. The model is suitable to determine which parameter of a company needs modification, and it is also capable to determine the extent of these modifications too, in order to make the optimal decison under specific conditions. Accordingly, the DEA model could be an effective method to develop efficiency in enterprises. My study’s primal objective is to introduce the practical application of the DEA method on a specific agricultural company. According to my hypothesis, the method can determine new information, which are can not explored with the use of conventional economic indicators. The DEA method resulted ranch-efficiency ranking is different than the conventional economic indicators resulted ranking. Therefore the method is suitabel to explore new information and coherences, so my hypothesis is proved. My final conclusion is that the modification results of the DEA model can not always be implemented in practice, but the extent of these results definitely show us the significance and the measures of the problems.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető debreceni fiatalok egészségére ható tényezők vizsgálata a sportolás tükrében(2024-04-22) Kanyó, Krisztina Zsófia; Pfau, Christa SáraNowadays, healthy lifestyles and sports are present in the public consciousness as a widespread concept. Just as physical activity and sport are essential for the existence of physical health, so for the preservation and improvement of mental health in people’s lives. It plays a significant role in reducing the development of diseases and can also reduce the rate of mental illness (XXI. NATIONAL SPORT STRATEGY, 2007). Today, with a special focus on Hungary, there are many young people with mental illness (KSH, 2018). The target group of our research covers the population of young adults in Debrecen, within it the 17-30 age group. In our study, we analyze the effects of sport on the health of the young population in Debrecen. In our study, we present studies related to the general health status, well-being and mood of the target group. Our research consists of primary and secondary research. Based on the results, we found that the physical health, well-being and mood of the interviewed young adults in Debrecen are positively influenced by the athlete's lifestyle. In the survey, individuals who did not engage in sports activities produced worse rates when we examined their experiences with their health status, mood, and well-being. Based on the results of the examined target group, it can be stated that sport has a positive effect on mental health.
